What the record shows
The Oklahoma Insurance Department's report lists each filing's company, SERFF tracking number, requested effective dates, and overall rate impact. It does not include the insurer's stated reasons for the change. The full filing is in SERFF Filing Access.

What happens next
Oklahoma is a use-and-file state: insurers can use new rates before filing them and must file within 30 days after the effective date. The department says it cannot disapprove a rate for being too high in Oklahoma's competitive homeowners market; it can disapprove rates that are unfairly discriminatory or inadequate. From July 1, 2027, under House Bill 3781, rates must be filed 30 days before they take effect. More on the process is on our Oklahoma page.
