Reporting an error
If you think a number, date, or status on a FiledRates page is wrong, please include:
- the address of the page,
- the value you believe is wrong, and
- a link to or copy of the document that shows the correct value, if you have one.
We check every report against its source documents. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page and listed on our corrections page.
Sharing a filing
If you have a rate filing document, regulator order, or hearing notice we have not covered, you are welcome to send it. We publish only what we can confirm in official documents.
What we can't help with
FiledRates is a publication, not an insurer, agency, or regulator. We can't answer questions about an individual policy, quote premiums, or give advice about coverage or claims. Questions about a specific policy are best directed to your insurer or your state's insurance regulator, listed on our states page.
